Shapotou Tourist Area is the first state 5A scenic spot and national nature reserve and is the right place of the Shapo singing bell, one of the three singing sands in China. There is a Peninsula of" U " shape at south bank of the Yellow River in Shapotou, with three sides circled by sand, and another against mountain.
