The Yangtze River, the third longest river in the world, is famous for its beautiful Three Gorges.

The three Princess C Jeannie, Elaine, and Sheena provide the best quality services and programs available for western and Chinese people for touring the Three Gorges and other famous sights along the Yangtze River.

Our ships are the only passenger vessels on The Yangtze River foreign built (German) with a gross tonnage of: 5936T, length:129.15M and beam:16.00M, with lateral docking ability w/360 degree turn bow thrusters, Our water purification and sterilization system are the safest of all vessels on the river and our ventilation systems are the most modern, continually producing fresh air in our vessels.

Our vessels have the most advanced navigation equipment on the Yangtze River meeting all international standards for safety and the only ones with European design.

The passenger capacity in each of our vessels is 278 with 10 deluxe suites, 14 single cabins, and 122 twin cabins, a total of 146 cabins making them the biggest ships on the Yangtze River.

Our cabin features are: All outer decks have windows that open, with the exception of 8 twin cabins that have portholes, central air conditioning and heating with individual controls, private bathrooms (showers), suites (tub/showers), phone, satellite TV, refrigerator, closet and day seat and table, etc.
Among the ship's facilities there are bars (smokers and nonsmokers), barbershop, beauty salon (hair-care, manicure), doctor's clinic, gift shop (travel needs, souvenirs, candy and cigarettes), our health facilities include (gym, sauna, massage room).

Other amenities are the library, disco karaoke room, safety deposit boxes, foreign exchange of currency and the business center with satellite fax/phone, making it possible for passengers to have internet access.

Our typical cruises feature sightseeing narrations, presentations on Traditional Chinese Medicine, music, dance, opera, arts, language, and lessons in Tai Ji, mahjong and other games,

As well as special briefings on the Yangtze region geology/history, water conservation & hydropower projects, special videos on the dam, plus features movie films, outdoor events on the sundecks, and more are also available.

Both of our dining rooms serve Buffet Style to give you the largest variety of Chinese and Western food on the river.

Our main dining room, The Golden Pavilion, is laid out in western style with panoramic windows. The second dining area, The Emperor's Room, is set up with a Chinese flair, and is also used for lectures and showing movies.

- Features of Vessel
Built in Germany, the ship is 129.15 meters long and 16 meters wide, with a gross tonnage of 5936T and a draft of 2.9 meters. Equipped with a quite operation system and the highest safety system, as well as the most advanced navigation equipment on the Yangtze River, the ship has marketed the first and only cruise fleet to bring European - standard inland waterway cruise ships to the Yangtze River. There are 5 decks on the ship, in which the third, fourth and fifth are full outer decks. There is also a German standard water purification system and sterilization Central Air Conditioning.

Regal China Cruises boasts three elegant, state-of-the-art vessels: Princess Jeannie, Princess Elaine and Princess Sheena. Built in Germany in 1993, the three sister ships are designed to western standards of safety and comfort, and include German standard water purification and sterilization. Under Chinese and American management, RCC staff provide top quality services and programs. Each ship has an English-speaking cruise director from the United States who is fluent in Mandarin, and doctors who are trained in both Western and Chinese medicine.Additional Chinese medical services such as acupuncture and acupressure are also available.

-Cruise Features

Typical features include: sightseeing narration, presentations on Chinese medicine, music, dance, opera, arts, language, games, Lessons in Tai Ji, dance, majiang and other games. Special briefings on Yangtze region geology/history, water conservancy & hydropower projects. Special videos on dams, history, art, plus movie feature films, outdoor events on sundeck, etc.

-Cabins
Deluxe Suite: 10 suites feature a bedroom and separate living room, a kitchenette with refrigerator and mini-bar, and bathroom with bathtub, shower and bidet; TV, phone and a/c. Panoramic outside windows offer expansive views.
Double Stateroom: 114 rooms with double accommodations, a refrigerator, bathroom with separate shower and panoramic outside windows.
Single Stateroom: 10 rooms with single accommodations, complete with refrigerator, bathroom with separate shower and panoramic outside windows.

Note: all cabins are "outside" cabins with windows. Features listed below may vary according to the standard of cabin chosen. More facilities like King or Queen beds, Bathtub, bidet and Kitchenette are available in the Deluxe suite.

The onboard facilities are magnificent. Every taste is catered for with two restaurants, and several lounges and bars.The beauty salon even includes a solarium (tanning salon)!Apart from movies and in-house videos there's nightly entertainment with live music, karaoke and dancing. Traditional Chinese performers and crew also present opera, dances and acrobatics.

-Dining Facilities
Emperor's Dining Room: Located on the Emperor Deck, this restaurant offers both provincial gourmet dishes from the various regions of China, as well as Western cuisine, in an elegant dining setting. Single seating for 80. Also used as a multi-function room for lectures, movies, private parties, meetings and groups.
Golden Pavillion Restaurant: Located on the Princess Deck, this restaurant offers buffet style Western cuisine and Chinese fare. Seating for up to 180.

-Lounges/Bars
Jade Ballroom: Located on the Sun Deck, this lounge offers nightly entertainment with live music, karaoke and dancing. Traditional Chinese performers and crew present opera, dances and acrobatics. Also used for briefings, cultural programs and parties. Accommodates 100 people.
Lotus Bar: Located on the Emperor Deck, this comfortable lounge offers a full-equipped premium bar with panoramic views. A favorite observation lounge. Seats 60 people.
Misty Lounge: Located on the Princess Deck, this area serves as a relaxing tea room, library and games room. Seats 40 people.

-Recreation Rooms
Private Rooms: Two individual Mah-Johng rooms offer private seating for eight and include tea service. Mah-Johng lessons available. The rooms can also be used for other board or card games.

-Entertainment
Movies, special in-house TV videos, programs on Chinese culture and displays of Chinese classical dress and costume shows provide additional entertainment during the trip.

-Chinese Lessons
Lessons in Chinese language, shadow boxing, Tai-chi, Mah-Johng, card games and calligraphy are available to passengers.

Medical: Doctors trained in Chinese and Western medicine are on board each ship.

Bilingual Staff: Each ship has an English-speaking cruise director from the United States who is fluent in Mandarin.

Special Health Services: Chinese medical practices such as acupuncture, acupressure and massage are available by appointment.

Beauty Services: Tanning salon, in-room massage, beauty salon, sauna, spa and fitness center.
