Yunnan White Drug-Powder

Yunnan Baiyao (White Drug-Powder), famed as miraculous cure worldwide, is surely the best known traditional medicine of Yunnan Province in Southwest China.
Reputed as the Kingdom of Fauna and Flora, Yunnan Province boasts the most resources of medical plants, medical animals and traditional herbs in China, in terms of breeds. Therefore, Yunnan is also famed as the home for herbs. Its natural condition is good for the cultivation of White Drug-Powder. In 1914, folk doctor Qu Huangzhang carefully chose some precious herbs and developed White Drug-Powder with secret formulas. When White Drug-Powder began its distribution, it soon gained universal recognition with its high quality and curative effect, although it was quite costly due to exiguity of raw materials.

After liberation, Qu Huangzhang donated his secret formula to the government, and soon Yunnan White Drug-Powder Factory was set up to produce the medicine in batches and improve the quality. In 1980, Yunnan White Drug-Powder won the top prize of national high-quality product.

Yunnan White Drug-Powder contains raw and steamed pseudo-ginseng to normalize circulation and heal broken blood vessels. These are combined with astringent herbs such as myrrh and antiseptic herbs to heal wounds. The remedy comes packaged as loose powder and in capsules along with a tiny red ball recommended for serious injury. The formula works to normalize blood flow and heal wounds quickly so that excess bleeding, swelling, bruising, and pain are more quickly resolved.

Yunnan White Drug-Powder is mainly used for gunshot and puncture wounds, oozing slow-healing sores, bug bites, chronic gastralgia pain and bleeding stomach ulcers.
